 CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy works by releasing restrictions and tightness in the fascia (connective tissue) in the head and body.  The therapy gets its name from the areas of the body the treatment concentrates on — the head and the entire length of the spine from the cranium to the sacrum. However, the method techniques can be used anywhere in the body.

Newborns, infants, toddlers, and children respond beautifully to CranioSacral therapy. CranioSacral can help babies with nursing problems, birth difficulties, and colic. CranioSacral Therapy helps balance toddlers and children’s bodies after growth spurts. I specialize in newborns, infants, children, and pregnant folks. I am not currently seeing new adult clients.

I currently see clients in my office in St. Paul and in-home within 30 minutes of St. Paul (travel fees for visits outside of 30 minutes may apply).
